Discreet delivery
Discreet delivery in a shared home
Think through the full journey, from order message to doorstep.
Map the ordinary delivery routine
Consider who usually answers the door, where parcels are left, and whether building staff handle packages. Choose a delivery option that you are authorized to use and can reliably collect. Check the carrier’s actual options rather than assuming redirection or pickup will be available.
Check the less visible records
Read the retailer’s description of packaging and sender information. Then check the payment descriptor, order email, and notification settings on shared devices. Private browsing does not remove a confirmation email or a charge on a shared account. Privacy requires attention to each of those separate records.
Keep the plan simple
A delivery plan should fit your normal routine. Confirm the address and any collection requirements before paying. For international orders, ask what information must appear on the shipment. If the retailer cannot answer an important privacy question, consider postponing the order until the details are clear.
